1. If the waste circuit board has electronic components, use the electronic components dismantling machine to dismantle the electronic components first;
2. The dismantled waste circuit boards will be sent to the twin shaft shredder to shred, followed by iron removal and secondary crushing (hammer head + hammer blade);
3. The crushed material enters the rotary vibrating screen for fine screening, while the not completely crushed material is sent back to the hammer crusher for further crushing;
4. Depending on the specific gravity and electrical conductivity of the metal and non-metal, the mixed metal and resin powder are separated by air-flow specific gravity sorting and electrostatic sorting in turn.
